June 1, 2026 - Regular tuition deposit due
July 1, 2026 - Regular tution balance due

Release of Liability
All Participants must complete and print out this form by the first day of CelloFest. Please turn in documents at the check-in.
Pick-up Agreement
All participants under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian complete a pick-up agreement form.
